Using Saloon Soft
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Studios remain responsible for their services, prices, policies and client care.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are agreements between the customer and the studio. Deposits, cancellations, refunds and no-show charges follow the policy displayed during booking. Saloon Soft provides the booking platform and does not perform studio services.
Studio subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown on the web. Studio subscription management is available on the website and may not be offered inside the mobile app.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another person’s account, upload unlawful content or interfere with platform security. Accounts may be suspended to protect users or comply with law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Saloon Soft reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
