We process account details, appointment information, contact details, consent forms, uploaded images, device information and payment records needed to provide Saloon Soft. Studios control the client information they collect through their booking pages.
How information is used
Information is used to operate bookings, reminders, studio management, customer support, security and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and sharing
Information is protected with access controls and is shared only with the studio involved in an appointment and service providers required to operate the platform, such as hosting, payments and notifications.
Your choices
You can update notification preferences, request access or correction, and delete your account from Profile. Historical appointment records are anonymised where retention is required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
